'Application оf EU Competition Law Tools and Concepts to Digital Markets' Training under CONNECTOR Project

The second training within the CONNECTOR project covers the application of EU Competition Law tools and concepts to digital markets.

The training will comprise of the following modules:

Introduction to Online Business Models, Definitions of Platforms and Multi-sided Markets

Challenges of Applying Competition Rules to the Digital Sector

Digital Monopolies as a Threat to Competition and Innovation

Platforms as Facilitators of Concerted Practices

Concentrations

Types of Restrictive Contractual Clauses for Distribution of Consumer Goods and Digital Content Online

Distinction between Anti-competitive Conduct and Legitimate Business Practices

These topics will be presented by the lecturers Dr. Mirolava Marinova, Kiril Pangelov and Lora Andonova.

The training will be held at RIU Pravets Golf & SPA Resort.
