The Website of CONSTANT Project is Now Available

‘CONSTANT - COmpetitioN and STate aid law Advanced National Training for judges’ Project aims to meet the need for advanced practical training on EU state aid law, antitrust damages actions as well as the economic foundations of competition among Bulgarian judges.

The project proposes a sustainable solution which would strengthen the capacity of Bulgarian judges to interpret and apply the rules of EU state aid and antitrust damages actions in a coherent and consistent manner and in line with the economic rationale of the legal rules.

The website of CONSTANT project will develop as an interactive, dynamic, content-rich online platform to enable judges to interact with each other in a familiar setting, to share experience and opinion in an open and transparent manner, and to enjoy the benefits of a ‘one-stop-shop’ platform for access to competition law resources and content.

Here you could find detail information about the trainings which are organised within the project and could also register online.

CONSTANT Project is initiated and is being coordinated by LIBRe Foundation - a Bulgarian not-for-profit non-governmental organisation established in 2015 with the mission to contribute to the national policies regarding digital society and to facilitate the technology penetration in professional and personal life.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the Training of National Judges Programme of the European Union under Grant Agreement No. SI.738369-HT.4989.
